Inside Passage Counseling is always looking for talented, licensed clinicians to join our team. We’re passionate, attachment-oriented, and trauma-informed — and we hire people who bring those same values to their work.

Right now, we have a particular demand for couples therapists.

If you have training in Gottman Method or Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, or you’re eager to build that specialt, you’ll find a rare level of support here. Inside Passage has been a leader in couples therapy in the North Puget Sound for over 15 years, and we’re one of the few practices in Bellingham that offers in-house EFT training, supervision, and certification preparation. Jim Furrow, EFT supervisor and trainer, provides monthly consultation to our staff, a resource most clinicians would have to seek out on their own.

Compensation: $60-$104 per clinical hour for independently licensed therapists depending on education, training, and experience. Pay increases over time with increased caseload, training level, longevity, and supervisory duties at the practice.

Full time: 20+ client sessions weekly

Education: Master’s Degree or Doctorate

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Schedule: Flexible schedule not to exceed 8 client hours in one day. A typical full-time therapist schedule involves working 4 days with 6 clients scheduled each day. For the first 6 months, clinicians are required to work 3 peak hour shifts: 3:00 pm- 7:00 pm weekdays or on Saturdays.
