Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to thousands of clients nationwide. This role is based in New Haven, CT, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions and a flexible schedule seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Connecticut—LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in New Haven, CT
• Deliver evidence-based mental health care
• Monitor client progress toward measurable goals
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with clinicians
• Manage caseload with guidance to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
