ChildNet Youth and Family Services aims to improve the lives of at-risk children in Palm Desert, CA, by providing Behavioral Health Services through Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS). The Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor will coordinate TBS and mental health services, conduct assessments, and lead treatment planning for the program.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and are currently licensed in California as LMFT, LCSW or LPCC.
Inland Empire Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Intensive Home-Based Services provides comprehensive services including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) services, mental health services, and support services for at-risk children and their families.
The TBS Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the TBS and mental health programs. The position will conduct mental health and TBS supplemental assessments for at-risk children and their families and is responsible for coordination of treatment planning for TBS staff. The TBS Supervisor will also collaborate with the client’s caregivers, biological parents, teachers, etc., to maintain an interdisciplinary team approach for treatment purposes.

A criminal background clearance which consists of fingerprinting through the Dept. of Justice/FBI/Child Abuse Index Search is required. An essential function of this position does require driving. Underwriting requirements of this agency include keeping a valid California driver’s license, valid auto liability insurance on file, and maintaining a good driving record while employed.
Salary Range; $78,640.08 to $80,640.00
