Job summary
CBH Care in Hackensack, NJ seeks a qualified clinician to provide school-based counseling and telehealth services to students, including screenings, brief interventions, and referrals to community supports. The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, licenses (LCSW/LAC/LPC/LCMHC), and at least one year of clinical experience with youth.
Bilingual abilities (Spanish/Polish/Korean) preferred. Willingness to work before, during, and after school hours.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- LAC, LCSW, LPC or LCMHC licensure required.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience, preferably with psychiatric population.
- Experience assessing and providing brief clinical interventions to youth and families.
- Bilingual Spanish/Polish/Korean preferred.
- Available to work before, during, and after school hours.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services both in person and through telehealth to students.
- Screening, brief interventions, referrals to treatment resources and community supports.
- Individual and/or group counseling with family consultations.
- Coordinate referrals to appropriate levels of care in partnership with supervisor.
- Develop partnerships with school districts and community resources; promote program sustainability.
