Mental Health Association in New Jersey is hiring Licensed Clinicians for the NJ4S Hub in Morris and Sussex Counties to provide clinical services to students through in-person and telehealth settings, with universal and targeted supports across districts.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and licensure (LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW) or be eligible, with experience in assessments, brief interventions, and youth/family services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
• Licensure or eligibility: LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW (independent licensure preferred).
• Experience with youth and families; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Training in motivational interviewing preferred.
• Flexible hours including before/during/after school hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical services in person and via telehealth to students.
• Conduct student assessments and brief clinical interventions.
• Offer individual and group counseling and family support.
• Facilitate treatment referrals to community resources.
• Collaborate with school personnel to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Assist students, families, and faculty in navigating mental health systems.
• Liaise with other providers on behalf of youth and families.
• Complete clinical documentation and charting for oversight.
• Develop evaluation tools to measure outcomes and effectiveness.
• Comply with professional development requirements and productivity expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
