Job summary

Vinfen, in partnership with DMH and MMHC in Boston, seeks a skilled licensed clinician with MI/PSB expertise to deliver outpatient treatment, assessments, and evidence-based care for individuals with complex behavioral needs.

The role includes clinical supervision, consultation to teams, and participation in teaching activities; HMS appointment possible for qualified candidates. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to recovery and risk management.

Qualifications

• License to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in social work, psychology, or mental health counseling.
• Minimum three years of licensed practice experience preferred.
• Ability to apply risk assessment and crisis management within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides outpatient MIPSB treatment as scheduled and per treatment plans.
• Develops clinical formulations and individualized treatment plans.
• Leads group therapy for MIPSB needs at MMHC.
• Assists with MIPSB evaluations, consultations, and comprehensive assessments.
• Provides MIPSB care coordination, outreach, and engagement.
• Maintains accurate documentation and complies with policies.
