Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Chesapeake, Virginia. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on client care, with paid orientation and training to get you started.

You can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and able to provide care to a diverse client base.
• Willingness to provide both telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Strong commitment to measurable client progress and professional development.

Responsibilities
