Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Irvine, California to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours available per week and access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed clinician based in California (LCSW).
• Willingness to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Ability to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Demonstrated commitment to measurable client progress and high-quality care.
• Comfort working with telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across Irvine with telehealth and on-site sessions.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to offer a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in supervision and training as needed.
