Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a compassionate, licensed clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services in Roxboro, NC. The role offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $50,000–$65,000 per year and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include therapy across individual, family, and group formats, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and alignment with Medicaid and organizational standards. A valid NC license is required.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license (LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LCAS/LCAS-A, LMFT/LMFT-A)
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
