Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC license in Texas.
• Must be fully licensed and able to perform without supervision.

• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial clinical sessions and develop recommendations.
• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults.
• Represent Total Life in the community and at partner sites.
• Collaborate with our virtual therapy team for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
