Job summary

Social Recovery Center, LLC is seeking a FT clinician (LAC/LSW/LCSW/LPC) to provide individual and group counseling at our Springfield, NJ location. The role includes caseload management, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a related field and an active NJ credential (LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW) with at least 2 years of behavioral health or substance use experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW credential in NJ.
• Minimum 2+ years of behavioral health or substance use treatment experience.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Trauma Trained a plus.

Program Hours: Monday through Friday, two evenings required

About Us:
Social Recovery Center, LLC provides outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use conditions. We offer evidence-based, person-centered care through PHP, IOP, and OP programs.

Position Summary:
The LAC/LSW Counselor provides individual and group counseling, manages a caseload, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
