Job description

Bashor Children's Home is searching for a clinical therapist who is interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that is focused on providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents and their families. Our team plays a critical role in assessing the mental health needs of the children, providing crisis intervention, and supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of residents.

Applications are welcome from those who have:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; license eligible.
  • Experience working with elementary, middle and high school youth.
  • Experience working with youth with behavioral and/or mental health concerns.
  • Exceptional understanding of Evidence Based Practices.
  • Ability to be strengths based and trauma informed.
  • Ability to balance direct services with other responsibilities of the job including but not limited to meetings and paperwork.

This position is full time non-exempt and requires flexibility. Some evening and weekend hours required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday during school hours with additional support shift that include late nights on occasion.

Hourly rates begin at $24.42/hour.
