Fraser is seeking compassionate and forward-thinking Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Professionals (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide outpatient clinical services. Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree and active independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) required
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or adolescents, preferably in a clinical setting
- Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion, with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection
Caseload Opportunities
- Outpatient Caseload: primarily providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, or adults
- Split Caseload: Early Childhood Day Treatment (group) and Outpatient (individual and family therapy)
Responsibilities
- Implementing personalized and responsive client treatment plans
- Providing initial screening and assessment based on presenting needs for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns
- Writing assessments succinctly and efficiently to recommend and refer for supports
- Conducting individual, family, and group therapy and skills training
- Collaborating and communicating with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Schedule & Pay
- Standard business hours with flexible scheduling options; part-time/full-time and hybrid roles available
- Starting salary range: $78,000 - $82,000 annually, depending on qualifications (DOQ)
- Position is eligible for annual pay-for-performance bonuses
