Job summary

Brightline is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to deliver onsite and virtual care to kids and families in Long Island, NY. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive therapy, engage with teams for quality care delivery, and support community efforts toward mental health for children and teens. Qualifications

  • Must have unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT licensure with at least 3,000 hours of supervision.
  • Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and trauma.
  • Experience supervising pre-licensed providers is preferred.

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for Part-Time, Licensed Behavioral Therapists to deliver both onsite and virtual care at our flagship location in Long Island. This is an opportunity to partner with leadership, launch our first-ever physical care center, and support future care center expansion efforts in the years to come.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing comprehensive care to kids up to age 18, including ongoing therapy, care plan development, utilization of evidence-based interventions in individual and group formats, and measurement-based care best practices
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and engaging in continuous professional development
  • Participating in community engagement & outreach opportunities
  • Providing supervision to pre-licensed trainees (e.g., associate-level masters providers)

Requirements:

  • Availability during Brightline’s peak hours (3pm–7pm)
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT licensure(s) with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision completed
  • Completion of one of the following National Examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, ASWB)
  • Extensive experience treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and other similar presentations
  • Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements
  • A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care
  • Experience providing care both in-person and virtually
  • Experience supervising pre-licensed providers preferred
  • NICE TO HAVE: Availability to provide care on Saturdays (9 am - 1 pm)

The target compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $68,750, inclusive of both base salary and variable pay. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
