Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. in Noblesville, IN is seeking a licensed clinical therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents and adults in a designated office.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and individual, family, and group therapy, plus substance use treatment. This full-time role requires Indiana-licensed clinicians (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT); LCAC is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be recognized as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT by the State of Indiana.
• Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license preferred but not required.

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services including evaluations, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning and individual/family/group therapy.

Up to a $2,000 Hiring Bonus

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

This full-time licensed clinical therapist position will provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults at a designated Aspire Outpatient Office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family, and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.

• Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
• Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license preferred but not required
