Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in South Carolina to join a nationwide behavioral health team. The position offers a W2 employment model with a competitive earnings package and uncapped potential, plus a flexible hybrid schedule.

Local licensure (LISW-CP, LPC, or LMFT) is required, with experience serving adults and/or children and adolescents. Start in November at conveniently located offices and benefit from CEUs, a strong support network, and a 401k match.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking therapists that are:

• Local to and fully licensed in South Carolina: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations

Location and Schedule:

• Conveniently located off of Leeds Ave at Mark Clark Expy
• Start in November
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday-Friday with evenings/weekends optional
• Flexible hybrid schedule (between work and home) to accommodate work/life balance
