Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks licensed therapists in South Carolina to join a fast-growing behavioral health team. Therapists provide evidence-based care to adults and/or children/adolescents in a hybrid in-clinic and remote-friendly setting, with flexible hours and strong support.

W2 employed position with a competitive pay package, sign-on bonus, annual bonus program, and benefits including a 401k match. Start date in November in Forest Acres, SC.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in South Carolina (LISW-CP, LPC or LMFT).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Fully licensed and in good standing in SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or group therapy to adults and/or youth.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health treatments in a hybrid clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking therapists that are:

• Local to and fully licensed in South Carolina: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Location and Schedule:

• Conveniently located on Forest Drive at N Beltline Blvd
• Start in November
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday-Friday with evenings/weekends optional
• Flexible hybrid schedule (between work and home) to accommodate work/life balance
