Boomerang Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Therapist in Salinas, California, to provide psychological services to clients primarily dealing with trauma and pain. The role involves individual therapy, conducting psychoeducational classes, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess a California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) and experience with trauma patients. The position offers a supportive work environment with excellent benefits and a commitment to work-life balance.
The Licensed Therapist must be experienced in working with trauma patients and/or experience working alongside first responders. The Therapist is responsible for providing direct psychological clinical services to injured workers and services are provided through multiple modalities, including initial assessments, case management, psychoeducation and movement classes, as well as individual, and group psychotherapy. A typical caseload will include a wide variety of individuals who have been injured at work and are experiencing predominantly anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to physical pain.
Additionally, this position will partner with the clinical team to assess current treatment and examine opportunities for improvement and will include participation in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Therapists work closely with the pain management team to ensure that all individuals who are in our care receive high-quality clinical services.
Therapists provide services that are reimbursable by Worker's Compensation and will be expected to complete clinical and administrative documentation required by this entity.
LMFT, LCSW and LPCC - $100,000 to $120,000 annually
Psychologist - $120,000 to $140,000 annually
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
