Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Chronic Pain & Behavioral Medicine

Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote after initial training period of up to 90 days.

A leading behavioral medicine and chronic pain management practice in Berkeley is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its collaborative, patient-focused team. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, compassionate care for patients with chronic pain and behavioral health needs.

About the Role

As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for chronic pain and outpatient programs
  • Provide individual and group therapy focused on wellness, resilience, and pain coping strategies
  • Deliver behavioral interventions using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, DBT, biofeedback
  • Facilitate group sessions on stress management, wellness, and pain education
  • Prepare clinical documentation, treatment plans, and reports
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Enjoy meaningful in-person care with telehealth flexibility
Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
  • Experience in chronic pain, behavioral medicine, or health psychology preferred
  • Skilled in evidence‑based therapies: CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, biofeedback
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Spanish bilingual a plus, not required
  • $110,000 – $170,000 DOE
