LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Minnesota for outpatient care in a hybrid work setting. Therapists can choose full-time or part-time schedules with no nights or weekend shifts, enjoying competitive outpatient practice with excellent support and modern offices.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult clients.
• Be flexible with scheduling and comfortable in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents or adults.
• Maintain a flexible full-time or part-time schedule with a hybrid work model.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in administrative processes.
