Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Minnesota required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, or adults.
• Work in a hybrid model with flexible scheduling and collaborative care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality patient care.
