Job Purpose: As a Clinical Therapist with us, you'll deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues. You'll engage in essential functions like intake assessments, service planning, and crisis interventions, extending your impact by providing continuous therapy to individuals, families, groups, and couples.

What You Will Do

1. Collaborate with the patient and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan. Explain clinical options and identify advantages/disadvantages.
2. Provide ethically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
3. Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge of the case is crucial.
4. Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
5. Provide clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services on the service plan, including referrals and services between inpatient and outpatient settings.
6. Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments, modifying the service plan as necessary.
7. Participate in supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
8. Maintain client records.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

1. A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work, with a passion for helping others.
2. Current or pending Arizona license (LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LAMFT/LMFT, Psy.D) with a commitment to ethical practice.
3. Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills, thriving independently and collaboratively.
4. Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation, with attention to detail.
5. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
6. A forward-thinking approach, welcoming telehealth advantages.
7. Experience with EMR systems, preferably Advance MD.
8. Enthusiasm for a performance-based compensation plan.

Your Work Schedule

1. This hybrid role requires an Arizona license, with 4 days remote and 1 day onsite. Flexible scheduling options include:
2. Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
3. Option 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
4. Option 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
5. Willingness to come onsite once a week is required.
