Job summary

Defense Mechanics Inc. is seeking fully licensed mental health professionals with expertise in EMDR, CPT, IFS, or PE for PTSD/CPTSD treatment. Experience with couples, children, ASD/ADHD, and adolescents is valuable.

We offer individual and optional group counseling, with associates not considered at this time. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, crisis intervention, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to support treatment goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development related to area of expertise.
