Qualifications

• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches including CBT/DBT.
• Track treatment response and maintain EMR documentation in compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing to build a professional provider profile.
