Qualifications

• Ability and eligibility to supervise provisionally licensed therapists.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Ability to complete timely documentation of services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers and other staff.
• Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience with children, adolescents and teens

Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries

Familiarity with a diverse client base

Education

Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences

Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
