Job summary
Ellie Mental Health in Birmingham, AL seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers pursuing full licensure. This role emphasizes developing other therapists in a flexible, collaborative setting.

Qualifications
- Master'S degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Alabama LCSW/LICSW license with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S)
- 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus
- Insurance credentialing experience preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
Responsibilities

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers working toward full licensure. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing other therapists and wants to work in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
