Job Summary: Full Time, Day shift; In-Person and Remote Hybrid, must be within commuting distance; REQUIRES: Pennsylvania LCSW; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Assesses patient needs and abilities, develops treatment plans to facilitate improved patient functioning and symptom resolution.
• Provides individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate.
• Participates in program planning with the psychiatry team and other applicable team members.
• Evaluates the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying issues and determining treatment plans.
• Provides psychotherapies and case management to assigned patients, offering input regarding patient care.
• Engages as a primary or co-therapist in group therapy for psychiatric patients and as the primary therapist in individual, family, and couple therapies.
• Obtains pertinent data in accordance with program and regulatory standards.
• Upholds agency policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborates with outpatient and inpatient teams for triage evaluation and crisis intervention.

Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. The role requires satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with organizational policies and procedures. Additional competencies outlined in department-specific orientation are considered essential.
