Holding Space Therapy LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for full-time, on-site work in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will provide individual psychotherapy, conduct intake assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include maintaining caseloads, documenting clinical impressions, coordinating care, and supporting clients through emotional distress and life transitions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Social Work and Medical Social Work with trauma-informed practice.
• Experience in Case Management, care coordination, resource referral, and advocacy within healthcare systems.
• Clinical expertise in Mental Health including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for common conditions.
• Background in Behavioral Health with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, mindfulness).
• Active LCSW license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania; master’s in Social Work from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing, evidence-informed individual psychotherapy.
• Maintain caseloads and document sessions and clinical impressions.
• Coordinate care with other providers and participate in team meetings.
