Council for Relationships is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinician to join our Philadelphia clinical team as an onsite internship supervisor. This in-person role requires a current license (LPC/LMFT/PhD/PsyD) and involvement supervising interns at CFR’s Center City location, with some presence at University City.

Expect weekday hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and every‑other‑Saturday supervision. The ideal candidate is committed to trauma‑informed, culturally humble care and committed to serving diverse

Qualifications

• Must hold an active clinical license (LPC/LMFT/PhD/PsyD).
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based practice required.
• Experience handling insurance and Medicaid a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage in coverage and supervision every other Saturday onsite.

We're Hiring: Licensed Clinician and Onsite Intern Supervisor | Council for Relationships, Philadelphia

Council for Relationships (CFR), established in 1932, is one of the nation's oldest and most respected counseling organizations. We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinician to join our growing Philadelphia clinical team as our onsite internship supervisor.

Please note two requirements:

This is a licensed position. A clinical license is required.

This role includes working every other Saturday to supervise our clinical interns onsite.

The Role

This in-person position is based primarily at our Center City location, with limited presence at our University City office. Weekday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability to see clients. Every other Saturday, you will provide onsite coverage and supervision for our clinical intern program.

This is not a hybrid role. We are looking for clinicians who are energized by being present and embedded in a collaborative clinical community.

Who We Are Looking For

• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD)

Comfort with a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach and a genuine commitment to cultural humility and diverse populations are essential. Experience with insurance, Medicaid, and sliding-scale clients is a plus.
