Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Participate in treatment planning with multidisciplinary team.
• Complete documentation in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with community supports for aftercare.
• Attend team meetings and supervision; contribute to research if arranged.
