Qualifications

• Experience in clinical social work within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals to community and government services.
• Assess psychosocial functioning and develop treatment plans with patient and team.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments for diverse populations.
• Explain diagnoses and treatment procedures in care planning.
• Provide counseling to individuals, groups, couples and families.
• Provide consultation to staff about psychosocial needs and impact on care.
• Participate in peer review, research studies or professional activities at the MTF.
