Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists for full-time telehealth outpatient care. You will deliver mental health services from home, partnering with patients across the United States to improve access and outcomes.

The role requires a master's degree and licensure, with unrestricted US work authorization. English fluency is required and Spanish is a plus; privacy and HIPAA compliance are essential to protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field is required.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available at this time.
• Privacy-conscious home workspace meeting HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy via telehealth.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Job description

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

• Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus!
• Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)!

Schedule

Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends!

Shift options

• 9am-6pm, EST
• 10am-7pm, EST
• 11am-8pm, EST

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
