Job summary

Brave Health seeks licensed therapists to join our telehealth team in a full-time, remote capacity, delivering outpatient mental health care to a diverse population. You will work from home, follow a Monday–Friday schedule, and support clients through evidence-based treatments.

We offer base pay plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, liability insurance, an annual growth/education stipend, and a bilingual premium for Spanish-speaking clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Privacy-focused home workspace for HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy via telehealth.

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

• Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus!
• Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CDT

• We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan

Requirements

1. Master's level degree and licensure
2. Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
3. Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
4. Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis

• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
