Jersey Medical Care in Matawan, NJ is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative team. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families, working alongside a team of psychiatric providers and therapists in a hybrid in‑person setting.

The role emphasizes growth through professional development and a family‑owned practice focused on compassionate, integrated mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing.
• Master's in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, families, and kids.
• Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in Matawan, NJ.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
• Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office.
• Previous work within integrative mental health teams is a plus.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, families, and kids.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Family Systems Therapy
• Trauma-Informed Care
• Mindfulness-Based Interventions
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
