You will join a team of psychiatric providers and therapists, with hybrid full-time scheduling, flexible hours, and support for professional development. The role emphasizes evidence-based psychotherapy, strong diagnostic skills, and compassionate client care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing.
• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
• Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office.
• Previous work within integrative mental health teams is a plus.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Experience providing couples counseling is strongly preferred; couples work is a valued part of the role but does not comprise the majority of the caseload.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Family Systems Therapy
  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
