Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

Responsibilities And Duties

1. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
2. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (full-time clinicians)
3. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a team to fill community gaps
4. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
5. Prepare and submit documentation for each session as per guidelines
6. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
7. Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings
8. Perform other meaningful duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Master’s degree in social work and active Illinois LCSW license
2. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to demonstrate and model appropriate boundaries with clients
5. Timely documentation of services
6. Experience working with diverse client populations
7. Proficiency with office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
8. Ability to pass a background check
9. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation is preferred
