Job summary

The Charles Evans Center in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time outpatient role. You will provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive, in-office setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This position requires NYS LCSW licensure, MSW, and strong clinical experience; experience with I/DD population is a plus. Monday-Friday schedule with one evening per week.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from an accredited program.
• LCSW license in New York State.
• Current NYS registration with the Office of the Professions.
• Strong clinical experience is required.
• Experience with I/DD population is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, couples, or group).
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Attend and actively participate in supervision and social work meetings.
• Deliver quality care in accordance with agency policies and clinical best practices.
• Coordinate with medical and behavioral health professionals as needed.
• Complete required annual trainings (e.g., fire safety, mandated reporting, universal precautions).
