A leading family medical center in New York seeks a Full-time bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The role includes providing integrated behavioral health care, collaborating with a primary health care team, ensuring high-quality treatment, and coordinating care with various agencies. Open Door is seeking a Full-time bilingual English-Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker for its Family Medical Center in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will report to the Director of Behavioral Health, based in Ossining, NY. The dedicated individual will work closely with the primary health care team to provide integrated behavioral health care to improve the patients’ medical outcomes. The licensed clinician will possess excellent clinical skills, provide short term Behavioral Health care using evidenced-based treatment models with adults, children, and families, and establish and implement clinical treatment goals in collaboration with the integrated health care team.
