Job Description

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services via telehealth. Our team works 100% remotely from home!

• W2, Full-time
• Compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses, ranging from $72k-$80k, with earning potential up to $100k
• Monday - Friday schedule; no weekends; shifts at 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EDT
• Liability insurance covered; annual stipend for growth and education
• Additional pay for bilingual (Spanish) candidates
• We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans, serving patients across the lifespan

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Maryland independent licensure (LCSW-C)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Meet background and regulatory requirements
