Licensed Clinical Social Worker- California

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
2. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
3. Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
4. Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans
5. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
6. Involve and advise family members when appropriate
7. Plan outreach and referral activities within communities

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a related field
• Full, active LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license (based on location). Applicants without a valid license will not be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
• Maintain professional licensure throughout employment
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems (familiarity with NextGen preferred)
• Computer literacy in various software applications
