Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the clinical team.

The LCSW will conduct intake for clients referred for psychological services and provide psychotherapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy according to treatment plans and objectives. The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, adherence to professional standards, and ongoing assessment to meet treatment goals.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from an accredited institution
• Current LCSW certification or license in the applicable state/jurisdiction
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health services
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing social work practice
• Qualified in Basic Life Support Techniques
