Job summary

Headway Services is a DOE-contracted agency seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions are available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities in public, charter, private, and preschool settings throughout New York City, with biweekly payroll and ongoing clinical support from a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State LCSW or LMHC license is required.
• Full-time and part-time caseloads available.
• Experience in NYC school settings is a plus.
