Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a clinical setting. The LCSW will provide in-person, evidence-based mental health services to clients experiencing a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. This position focuses on direct client care, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial histories.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients across the lifespan based on clinical need.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals and clinical findings.
• Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization support, and risk assessments when necessary.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other clinical team members.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, staff meetings, and supervision.
• Facilitate referrals to community-based services and advocate on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and LCSW licensure requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

Licensure Requirements (New York State):

• Completion of a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) is required to become an LCSW in New York.
• Must pass the ASWB Clinical Level Exam.
• Current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), Office of the Professions.

Experience: Prior clinical experience in a behavioral health or healthcare settings is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with New York State mental health regulations and documentation standards.
• Proficiency in EHR systems is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development.
• Bilingual in Russian preferred but not required

Compensation: $115,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
