Kheir Clinic is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support integrated behavioral health services within our primary care network in Los Angeles. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on diagnostic evaluations, brief psychotherapy, and program development.
Ideal candidates will have a CA LCSW license, 3+ years of clinical experience, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Korean).

The LCSW works in tandem with members of the medical and behavioral health team to manage psychosocial aspects of chronic and acute diseases, apply behavioral principles to address lifestyle and health risk issues and provide consultation in the treatment of mental disorders and psychosocial issues. The LCSW has a solid knowledge of evidence-based behavioral assessments and interventions relevant to medical conditions, e.g., disease management, treatment adherence, and lifestyle changes. They are skilled in targeted, brief individual and group psychotherapy sessions and has the ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments. The LCSW is responsible for growing the mental health department through coordinated development opportunities.
This is primarily an office position that requires only occasional bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and moving of office materials weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires daily use of a company provided computer and requires entering, viewing, and revising text and graphics on the computer terminal and on paper. The position requires occasional travel to attend on- and off-site meetings.
