Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time

Children’s Advocate Behavioral Health Services
Frankfort - Matteson, Illinois
30–40 hours per week
Pay: 42–48 per hour, based on experience

Children’s Advocate Behavioral Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. We work with children and families with behavioral, emotional, social, and mental health needs, and we are looking for a clinician who can build meaningful relationships while maintaining strong professional and clinical standards.

This is a full-time position of approximately 30–40 hours per week.

Compensation

42–48 per hour, based on experience, clinical background, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual and family therapy within the clinician’s scope of practice
• Completing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
• Monitoring treatment progress and modifying interventions when appropriate
• Working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, schools, referral sources, and other treatment providers when authorized and appropriate
• Helping families understand treatment goals and actively participate in services
• Supporting children and families experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges
• Participating in treatment-team meetings and care coordination
• Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality
• Following agency policies and applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois LCSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in social work from an appropriately accredited program
• Clinical experience providing behavioral or mental health services
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, caregivers, and other professionals
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Dependable attendance and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Experience with family therapy, behavioral health, trauma-informed services, or community mental health
• Experience coordinating services with schools, caregivers, or outside providers
• Experience working with families with complex behavioral or psychosocial needs
