Job summary

Children’s Advocate Behavioral Health Services in Frankfort–Matteson, Illinois seeks a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team for a full-time position.

This role offers 30–40 hours per week with pay of 42–48 USD per hour, based on experience, clinical background, and qualifications. The clinician will provide individual and family therapy, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, document work, and collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LCSW license in good standing.
• Master's degree in social work from an appropriately accredited program.
• Clinical experience providing behavioral or mental health services.
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Dependable attendance and professional communication.

Responsibilities
