Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a licensed-eligible Therapist for the Family Preservation Program to provide in-home therapy and support to children, youth, and families enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
• Practicum experience relevant to the services provided.
• Eligible for WI in training license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized service plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based, strength-based therapeutic services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Provide in-home therapy across homes, schools, and community settings.

This full-time, salaried role offers flexibility to create your own schedule, serving clients in various settings such as homes, community locations, and offices. Key responsibilities include developing individualized service plans, delivering evidence-based, strength-based therapeutic services, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields, along with practicum experience relevant to services provided. Candidates must be eligible for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC), possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.
