This full-time, salaried role offers flexibility to create your own schedule, serving clients in various settings such as homes, community locations, and offices. Key responsibilities include developing individualized service plans, delivering evidence-based, strength-based therapeutic services, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields, along with practicum experience relevant to services provided. Candidates must be eligible for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC), possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.
