Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Therapist in Training to provide in-home therapy across CCS programs in Wisconsin. You will deliver strength-based, evidence-based practices, develop individualized service plans, and work in homes, schools, community locations, and offices with a focus on guiding clients toward positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practical practicum experience relevant to the role.
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This full-time, benefit-eligible Therapist in Training position is part of a Family Preservation Team, providing in-home therapy to children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) across multiple counties. The role involves delivering strength-based, evidence-based practices, developing individualized service plans, and working in diverse settings such as homes, community locations, and offices.
