As a Contracted Provider, you maintain full control over your caseload and schedule, with no minimum requirements. Focus on client care while we manage the administrative work, including insurance, billing, and marketing.

Earn between $65-$125 per session for 53-minute (90837) sessions.
You control how much time you allocate to clients — full flexibility.

Set your own schedule, select the types of clients you want to see, and adjust your caseload at any time.

We manage the credentialing process and can get you paneled and ready to see clients within as little as three weeks.

Reliable Client Referrals:

We help fill your calendar with clients that align with your expertise and specialties, helping you maximize your earnings.

Administrative Support:

We take care of marketing, insurance verification, billing, and invoicing — allowing you to accept insurance without dealing with it directly. Our dedicated Support Team is available to help you and your clients whenever needed.

Commitment to Ethics and Compliance:

Mindwave Therapy is fully HIPAA- and 42 CFR Part 2-compliant. We have a Medical Records team to manage releases, audits, and requests, always ensuring we meet professional codes of ethics and regulatory standards.

Client Outcome Tracking:

We continuously measure therapeutic outcomes and alliances, giving you real-time feedback to inform and adjust your treatment approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

Active license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC.
Must be licensed to practice in Arkansas.
Must be able to provide telehealth services.
