Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International seeks Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) as 1099 Independent Contractors to conduct autism diagnostic evaluations for children in the clinic setting. On-site options in Orlando metro with hybrid reporting options.

You will perform comprehensive assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R), write reports, and provide clear recommendations to families, with a streamlined, admin-burden-free workflow and potential to convert to W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology required.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist credentials required.
• Active Florida Psychologist license required.
• Experience or training with ADOS-2 required.
• ADI-R training provided by employer.
• Must have own assessment tools.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

Pay Per Autism Evaluation: $500–$700 DOE

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) as 1099 Independent Contractors to conduct autism diagnostic evaluations for children in the clinic setting. This role offers a streamlined, flexible way to do meaningful clinical work without the administrative burden of intakes, scheduling, or billing.

Contractor Schedule and Work Model

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Set your own recurring schedule, clients will be scheduled for you
• On-site clinical assessments available anytime between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Report writing may be completed remotely/at home
• Ideal candidates complete 1 assessment per week or more
• Total eval, including report, takes 4–6 hours depending on experience

Contractor Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations
• Work with the Pediatric population
• Administer standardized assessment instruments, including ADOS-2 and ADI-R
• Score, interpret, and integrate assessment data
• Prepare and deliver high-quality diagnostic reports

Contractor Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist credentials
• Active Florida Psychologist license
• Experience or training with ADOS-2 required (certification not required)
• ADI-R training provided by employer
• Must have own assessment tools
Ability to work autonomously with strong clinical judgment

Contractor Compensation

• $500–$700 per Autism Assessment
• Range dependent on Autism Evaluation experience
• Paid promptly upon completion, No billing delays
• $70+ per hour for companywide training or meetings, when applicable
• Flexible, recurring schedule based on contractor availability
• Pathway to convert to W2 salaried/benefited employment at any time
